Important Information
- Delivery times are estimates in business days from order processing, not from order placement. Custom orders may require additional production time.
- Customs duties and import taxes for destinations outside the European Union are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
- VAT (24%) is applied only to orders shipped within Greece. Orders outside Greece are exempt.
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Damage & Lost Shipments
All shipments are insured. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs (for damage) or tracking confirmation (for loss), and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
