At Cospicon, we offer secure and reliable payment options for both domestic and international customers. Below you will find detailed information about our accepted payment methods.
Bank Transfer (Alpha Bank)
Direct bank transfer is currently our primary payment method, recommended for both domestic and international orders. It is secure, fee-friendly, and allows you to keep full control over your transaction.

How It Works
- Place your order on our website. Select Bank Transfer (Alpha Bank) as your payment method at checkout.
- You will receive an order confirmation email containing the bank details and your unique Order ID.
- Initiate the transfer from your bank, using your Order ID as the payment reference.
- We confirm receipt typically within 1-3 business days for domestic transfers, or 3-7 days for international transfers.
- Your order is processed and shipped according to the estimated timeline for your shipping zone.
Important Information
- Always include your Order ID as the payment reference. Without this, we cannot match your payment to your order, which may delay processing.
- International transfers: Please ensure all bank charges are paid by the sender (use the OUR charge code when initiating your transfer). This guarantees that the full amount reaches us.
- VAT (24%) applies only to orders shipped within Greece. Orders to all other destinations are exempt from Greek VAT.
- Customs duties and import taxes for non-EU destinations are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility upon arrival.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in EUR. If you are viewing prices in USD, the displayed amount is indicative based on the current ECB reference rate. The actual charge will be in EUR, and your bank will perform the final conversion.
Payment Security
Bank transfers are processed directly between your bank and ours. Cospicon never has access to your banking credentials, card numbers, or login information. Your payment is fully protected by your bank’s security infrastructure.
